I would like to congratulate you on your continued prosperity. Thank you for your continued patronage of the LANpress series of print servers.
Since its release in 1992, the LANpress series has been loved by many customers and has released 17 products in the series. During that time, we received various opinions from many customers, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for improving the product.
Currently, sales of all models in the LANpress series have been discontinued. All technical inquiries (equipment usage, fault isolation, etc.) by telephone, e-mail, fax, etc. for these discontinued products have been completed. For technical information regarding discontinued products, please contact us at the contact information below.
In addition, we would like to inform you about the status of our company's support for repairs of defective products as follows. For products that have been sold for 5 years, we have stopped accepting repairs for defective products. Thank you for your understanding after confirming the following.

2. As of March 31, 2002, technical support by phone, e-mail, and fax has ended for the following products. In addition, as of January 2006, we are still accepting repair requests for faulty products, but we are no longer accepting replacements for the same model as we are no longer able to obtain the parts/materials necessary for repairs. .
Please note that we are proposing two 1-port type LANpress2000 Direct units. However, if it becomes impossible to obtain the parts/materials necessary for repairing LANpress2000 Direct, we will consult with you separately.

3. As of December 31, 2004, technical support by telephone, e-mail, and fax will be terminated for the following products. Please note that we will stop accepting repairs for defective products at the end of November 2008.
