Due to the discontinuation policy of the manufacturer, Open Text Corporation, we have decided to discontinue sales of the Fax Server "FaxPress Premier Series".

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would like to inform you about the end of sales of the product and the future schedule of maintenance support as follows.

*Order forms to our company must be received by September 27, 2012.

End of maintenance support

End of September 2015

*Sales of maintenance support will end on September 30, 2014. (Excluding the case of extension correspondence)

*Assuming that you continue to place orders for the same amount of maintenance support costs, we will extend the following extensions for a maximum of two years after the end of maintenance support based on the contract period you ordered.

• Q&A support by knowledge base
• Device replacement support (Replacement support will end as soon as we run out of replacement devices we own)

*FaxPress Premier series maintenance support period is 5 years after product purchase.
Please note that if the maintenance support period expires before the above support end date, maintenance support will end at that point.
