After completing the registration, we will send you an e-mail "Macnica Support Registration Completion Information" containing the access information.

Barracuda Networks Support Policy

  • Supported versions are the latest major version and the previous major version.
  • Major versions are the same to the first decimal place.
  • When a new major version is released, we will support the previous major version for 6 months, but after that, it will be EOL (End of life).
  • If you use an unsupported version, you may not be able to migrate the Config when replacing the device.

For the current supported version, please refer to the "Firmware support end date list" on the manufacturer's official website below.
