2. Scheduling a meeting
After receiving your inquiry, our staff will contact you.
We will decide the date for the meeting.
3. Meeting
Through meetings, we ask our customers about their problems,
Together we will think through a path to a solution.
We will provide you with a satisfactory proposal, including product introduction, implementation costs, benefits, and an image of actual use.
We are flexible in accommodating phone calls and online meetings, so please feel free to contact us.
4. Demonstration
After the meeting, we will provide a demonstration to customers who wish.
You can actually touch the product to see if it meets your expectations and how it can be used.
5. Final meeting
Based on the contents of the proposal and demo, we will make a final confirmation of the content to be implemented in the customer's environment.
If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know here to avoid any discrepancies.
6. Contract and Delivery
We will submit a final quotation and, if you are happy with the content, we will enter into a contract.
7. Introduction
We will listen to your requests and coordinate the actual installation schedule and procedures.
Even after implementation, we will provide explanations and support until you are able to actually use the system, so please rest assured.
