When the nurse call button is pressed, a nurse call message will appear on the dashboard.
If a care staff member is assisting a user, the name of the care staff member assisting the user and the word "Assisting" will be displayed.
Once you've finished, you can click to complete it.
Battery indicator
The dashboard can also tell you if the battery is low, if communication is cut off, and if you need to connect to a power source.
You can also check the remaining battery level while checking the connection status in the status section all at once.
