As a response to the shortage of nursing care personnel expected due to the rapidly advancing declining birthrate and aging population, innovation of nursing care sites by ICT / DX is listed as one of the government's priority issues. The background to this is that until now, the IT systems themselves for nursing care facilities had not been functionally developed to meet the needs of nursing care sites. Especially in monitoring systems, there have been many comments that sufficient progress has not been made in optimizing patrols by relying on sensors. Now, by linking Macnica 's "AttentiveConnect" with Science Arts' "Buddycom," it is possible to "reliably" and "quickly" deliver accurate data via management screen and voice at the nursing care site. Alerts such as bed leaving and abnormal vital signs detected by the bed sensor noomi ^*1, which is supported by "AttentiveConnect," can be sent simultaneously via voice notification using "Buddycom," ensuring that all group members are notified even when on-site staff cannot look at the screen, such as during a response or break. Furthermore, it is possible to listen to any audio that you missed later or check it in text.

The use of intercoms and other devices is also listed as one of the requirements in the initiative to encourage the introduction of monitoring systems in this year's nursing care fee revisions*2. Higher implementation benefits can be achieved by using monitoring systems and intercoms as a linked system, rather than introducing them separately.
