I once had a career in the financial industry and joined Macnica mid-career. Understand the flow of money in the financial industry and learn about sales at a trading company. He then became independent based on the connections he had cultivated through sales. That was the dream I had at the time.
However, I am still at Macnica. It varies from person to person, but people who want to be independent probably want to achieve self-fulfillment by starting their own business and making it successful. However, at Macnica I was able to take on the challenge of realizing my ideas without having to become independent, and there was an environment where I could pour my heart and soul into it.
How can you create a theme that you find interesting? And how can we provide value to our customers by entertaining and involving those around us? I was passionately working on this every day. Macnica has repeatedly supported me in all my challenges.
