ZSP (Zero Standing Privileges) is an approach that reduces the risk of unauthorized access by not having privileged accounts at all times, but by temporarily granting and deleting them when necessary. In conventional PAM, privileged accounts are strictly managed, but as long as they exist, there is a risk that they will be targeted by attackers. ZSP makes privileged accounts unnecessary, making it possible to promote efficient use of privileges while limiting damage in the unlikely event of information leakage or unauthorized access.
