DX will not be successful with IT investment alone. It is essential to reform the human resources, development process, system selection and outcome evaluation mechanisms that drive DX, as well as the way of thinking and structure of the organization itself.
In order to achieve DX, we have defined five elements that, if any one is missing, will make it difficult to achieve results: People, Portfolio, Process, Platform, and Promotion. We call these elements "5P," taking the initials of each element.
