Macnica will continue to uphold its business philosophy of contributing to the creation of a prosperous society by supporting the promotion and development of forward-looking, innovative industries such as electronics and information communications.
Macnica realizes the necessity of fostering awareness for environmental problems for the creation of a "wealthy society" and thus it will promote the following management activities aimed at reducing impact to the environment on an ongoing basis.

  Macnica will create an environmental management system and constantly strive for improvements that give careful consideration to environmental impact.
• Compliance with Environmental Laws and Regulations
  Macnica will ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations as well as other required matters.
• Reducing Environmental Impact
  Macnica will implement measures to protect against environmental pollution, to conserve resources and reduce energy consumption, and promote recycling and measures to reduce waste materials.
• Internal Education and Training
  Macnica will strive to raise the level of awareness among all employees in regard to environmental considerations and policies through internal communication activities.
• Setting and Revising Environmental Objectives and Targets
  Macnica will set environmental objectives and targets to achieve its environmental policies and will periodically review these objectives and targets as necessary.
• Official Releases to the Public
  Macnica will make these environmental policies available to the general public.
