
Taneva Code of Conduct
Taneva aims to create an environment where participants can respect each other and safely exchange information and solve problems.
We have established the following Code of Conduct:
- Respecting diversity, equity and inclusion
- Respect the diversity and values of all participants and emphasize fairness
- Output First
- Openly share knowledge and experience and value the spirit of giving
- Respect and consider the opinions and challenges of others
- Chatham House Rules
The handling of information on this community is subject to the Chatham House Rules below.- The Chatham House Rule is a rule that allows members to use information obtained at these meetings, but requires them to maintain confidentiality (not to reveal, explicitly or implicitly) regarding the identities and affiliations of those who speak that information and other participants.
- The handling of information varies depending on the content of the statement, so ultimately, follow the instructions of the speaker.
- If you say "just between us," then keep it between us and don't tell anyone else after the Meetup is over.
- Prohibitions
- Do not criticize other companies or individuals (healthy discussion is welcome)
- Use for commercial purposes such as sales, solicitation, and hard selling is prohibited.
- Do not slander, insult, cause trouble, or harass others (including on social media or at social gatherings).
- Keep the discussion open, not just inside jokes
- We will not reject participants as long as they are in line with Taneva's purpose and objectives.
- Any other actions that hinder the safe, secure, and fair operation of the community are prohibited.

The management will respond promptly and appropriately.
