Texas Instruments ADS7951-Q1: If I want to get the SDO conversion result from CH0, how should I set DI10 in the Auto-1 Mode register?
If you want to enter Auto-1 Mode immediately after power up, you don't need to set DI10 and you can get it from CH0. Also, if you are operating in another mode and have already acquired data on several channels and want to change to Auto-1 Mode, setting DI10 to 1 enables acquisition from CH0.
