The PCB layout of the ISO5851EVM itself is not designed to withstand high voltages such as 500V, so it is not possible to change the parts.
Although it is not sold as a board, there is a reference design "TIDA-00195" that supports 1200V, 50A to 200A. Design files including schematics and Gerber files are available for your reference.
