Silicon Labs Bluetooth: Does the BGM1xx have user-usable EEPROM space?
EFx32
Although it is flash memory instead of EEPROM, there is an area called UD (User Data) that can be used by the user. Addresses are 0xFE00000 to 0x0FE007FF.
As stated on the Silicon Labs community site, the Bluetooth stack does not use this UD, so it can be used on the user application side.
