VCCHIP represents the digital power pins of the PCI-Express Hard IP (HIP) inside the Stratix IV GX.

The VCCHIP pins are located in the left and right banks, and +0.9V must be supplied when using HIP.
Connect to GND if not used.

If +0.9V is shared with others (VCCD_PLL or VCC used by others), reference information on handling on the board can be found in the “Pin Connection Guidelines” at the URL link below.
