It is possible to compare by saving the previous simulation results.
For example, it is useful when performing timing simulation after performing function simulation and comparing the results.
 
The procedure is as follows.

1. Save the results after running the simulation (select File menu ⇒ Save Current Report Section As... and save with any file name)
   
2. After changing the input conditions or performing timing simulation, load the previous simulation result (select View menu ⇒ Compare Waveform in File... and select the file you want to compare)
3. Compare the results (black line: second simulation result waveform, red line: loaded simulation result waveform)

If there is a difference in the results of the comparison, the following error message is displayed.
Error: Current vector source file does not match compared vector source file
