From the compilation report you can see how the Current Strength value was set.
The confirmation method is shown below.
Select Compilation Report ⇒ Fitter ⇒ Resource Section ⇒ Output (or Bidir) Pins.
The information of each pin is displayed in the right window, so you can check the setting value from the Current Strength line.
