All registered license servers must be started.
In the redundant configuration, 3 license servers are activated and used, and if the majority (2 servers) are activated, the license function can be maintained.
Therefore, even if one license server has a problem and stops, the license function can be used without stopping.
(You cannot use NIC IDs on the same machine, so use three separate machines.)
