Analog Devices current output D/A converter : AD5440, according to the description of the AGND pin on P7 of the data sheet, it is stated that AGND is not 0V and bias potential can be applied. What is the voltage application limit?

D/A converter (DAC)

It says "This pin should typically be tied to the analog ground of the system", so basically connect it to GND (0V). Characteristic value guarantee (DNL, etc.) in table spec is AGND=DGND=0.

As it says "but can be biased to achieve single-supply operation.", it states that bias can be applied in a single-supply circuit. You may see an effect on the -2R ladder resistor values. When bias is applied, if AGND=DGND+0.8V or less, there is almost no deterioration in each characteristic.
