The W77Q series comes in industry standard packages and pinouts and features a standard single/dual/quad/QPI serial peripheral interface (SPI). In other words, it is a direct replacement for standard SPI NOR flash memory (non-secure) provided by many memory vendors.
The W77Q product is currently sampling in 16Mbit, 32Mbit, 64Mbit and 128Mbit memory density bands.
