Motor Applications
This is a block diagram of a typical motor.
This is an example of a system that uses shunt resistors to detect and feed back the current of each phase with high accuracy. Many applications detect only two phases by calculating the third phase signal from the two-phase current signal. If you are considering digital transmission, the Si894x series of differential input Σ-Δ modulators for current sensing and the Si8935 series of single-ended input Σ-Δ modulators for voltage sensing are also available. The inverter section has a three-phase full-bridge transistor circuit that drives a total of six transistors. If you are using an IPD, please consider using a signal isolator.

DC-DC Converter
This is an example of a typical DC-DC converter block.
Below are links to each isolation element. SKYWORKS' Gate Dr controls the ON/OFF of the upper and lower parts with a PWM terminal, and there is also a lineup of types that prevent simultaneous ON by setting the DT (dead time), making it easy to control.
