"SiT3901" is a product that can improve the wireless charging speed by 25% while reducing the total area of the timing module by 90%.

■ Target applications: smart watches, fitness trackers, hearing aids

This product is especially designed for wireless charging systems for wearable devices.

• Ultra-low power consumption of 105 microamps (average)
• Pull-in frequency band at ultra-wide output (maximum 15%)
• Stable frequency temperature characteristics of ±50/±100ppm
• -40°C to +85°C wide operating temperature range
• 1.5mm x 0.8mm ultra-small package
• Programmable output frequency from 1MHz to 26MHz
