The GreenFET™ Load Switch is a load switch from Renesas.

Example of block using load switch and power MUX

A）Power MUX

This product can switch between two power sources. By using Power MUX, switching between two input power sources can be achieved with a single chip.

B) High-voltage products

A product with a voltage resistance of 20V or more. A product that can also be used with USB PD.

C) Products with reverse current protection function

This product has a built-in reverse connection FET that provides constant reverse current prevention. It prevents reverse current to the battery side or input side.

D) Low ON resistance products

Standard 5V series product with low ON resistance. Low loss and heat generation, contributing to extended battery life.
