San Jose, California – March 4, 2026 – Parade Technologies, Ltd., a leading supplier of high-speed interface, video display, and touch controller ICs, announced the availability of two new quad-channel linear redrivers supporting both 224Gbps and 112Gbps Ethernet applications for server, storage, and high-performance AI scale-up data center cabling.
IEEE802.DJ and CEI-224G specifications employ a multi-level PAM-4 signaling scheme, requiring optimized bandwidth, high linearity, and flat group delay characteristics. The PS9524/PS9514 Ethernet linear redrivers deliver industry-leading linearity and optimal group delay characteristics, especially when adjusting line rates, while operating from a single 3.3V power supply and providing up to 25dB/22dB of programmable EQ boost.
Critical requirements in HPC/AI data centers include low power consumption and low latency, where retimer cabling can present challenges. The PS9524/PS9514 features a small form factor and low power consumption, requires no additional heatsinks, and is optimized to fit various existing metal shell form factors such as QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, and OSFP-XD. Furthermore, its high linearity allows data centers to trade off longer cable distances with smaller cable diameters, reducing the complexity of wiring and system thermal design.

Delivery Status
Both the PS9524 and PS9514 redrivers are currently available for sampling. They utilize a 2.7mm x 5.8mm, 57-pin WLCSP package suitable for long-distance cable applications. Typical power consumption is 1W for the PS9524 and 800mW for the PS9514.
