Nuvoton Technology issued a press release on July 1, 2024, announcing that it has begun mass production of a 3D TOF sensor with a built-in distance calculation circuit that is unaffected by sunlight and suitable for automotive and industrial applications. The sample products being shipped are the KW33000A1T: automotive package product, the KW33000A1K: industrial package product, and the KW33000ARA: chip product.
