LTCC Product Line Overview

LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) devices are manufactured as a single monolithic component by embedding capacitors, inductors, and distributed parameter structures into a multilayer ceramic substrate and sintering it.

- Spurious emission reduction using patented MMIC anti-reflective filter
• Cavity filters and substrate-suspended filters with sharp removal characteristics
