Overview

The HDMI 2.0 FMC Card (hereinafter referred to as FMC Card) is a daughter card that can extend the HDMI 2.0 interface.
It can be expanded by combining with Intel Corporation 's Arria®10 GX FPGA Development Kit or FPGA board that conforms to the FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC) Standard.
The sister product HDMI 2.0 HSMC Card (hereafter referred to as HSMC Card) is a daughter card that can similarly extend the HDMI 2.0 interface.
It can be expanded by combining it with Intel Corporation 's Arria®10 GX FPGA Development Kit or an FPGA board that conforms to the High Speed Mezzanine Card (HSMC) Standard.

Both have been tested by implementing Macnica 's HDMI 2.0 Tx/Rx IP on the Intel® Arria® 10 GX FPGA development kit.

*Intel® Arria® 10 GX FPGA development kit and Macnica HDMI 2.0 Tx/Rx IP must be purchased separately.

Evaluation use case

This is an example of receiving video output from a 4K player with this card, returning it with the Arria10 GX FPGA Development Kit, and outputting video to a 4K monitor.
