Oscillator vs Resonator

A board that handles digital signals requires an oscillator. Do you know the principle of oscillators?

Simply put, an oscillator consists of a combination of a resonant circuit (Resonator) and an output Driver. The name changes depending on what is used for the resonant circuit.

Oscillator accuracy is determined by the quality factor of the resonator. LC, RC, and ceramic oscillators with low Q values have an accuracy of several percent, while crystal oscillators with a high Q value can achieve a frequency accuracy of about 100 ppm.
