An ID and password are required for use.

  • Your account will be the email address you registered with.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
  • Old support site accounts cannot be used.
  • Even if you have previously registered for support browsing with other products, you will need to register for an Aruba account, so please apply for browsing registration below.
  • Please note that users who have subscribed to the maintenance service will be canceled if they do not renew after one month from the expiration of the maintenance contract.
