Siemens' "Lifecycle Information Service" investigates the sales status of products and makes optimal maintenance and update proposals.

In particular, when a transition to a successor product is required, it is not just a matter of changing the model; it also requires checking compatibility, reviewing control specifications, and in some cases engineering work (e.g., program changes, wiring changes, and adjustments to the housing design). For such transitions, Siemens can provide technical support from its certified partner companies, allowing you to proceed with your update plan with peace of mind. Furthermore, when selecting a successor product, we provide a report that clearly indicates compatibility and points to note when replacing, helping to ensure stable operation of your equipment.
